444 Members Stand-Up to Address Board of Directors – Covid-19

On March 24, 2020,

Local 444 members united to express concern directly to EBMUD’s Board of Directors about the District’s response to the Covid-19 outbreak.  The many members that attended in person and on the phone made a huge impact.  Our solidarity and united voices helped move the needle forward toward our workers’ safety and opened doors to clear communication channels.
