Local 444 Executive Board Elections 2021

Hello Brothers and Sisters,

Nominations for the upcoming executive board elections will occur during our June 17, 2021, General Membership Meeting. Please see below for open positions. Scroll down or click here for June 17, 2021, General Membership Meeting notice and agenda.

Correspondence Secretary – current Nick Baranzini
Recording Secretary – current Evan Klein-Corman
Executive Board #1 – current Florentino Joey Munoz
Executive Board #2 – current Julie Cohen
Executive Board #5 (new)
Executive Board #6 (new)
Trustee #1 – current Matt Stimson

Once nominations are accepted, a ballot will go out to every member in good standing to cast one vote for each open position.  We are transitioning to a safe and secure electronic election system.  Physical ballots will be mailed out to those who cannot participate in the electronic vote during this transition.  Please be on the lookout for correspondence in your email relating to updating all of your preferred methods for receiving and replying to Union Business.  A validation email to verify that you are receiving these emails will be going out today.

If you are interested in participating in the leadership of our Union or you would like to nominate someone,  please join the General Membership Meeting on Thursday, June 17 @ 6 PM and add the name during our Nomination under New Business.  If nominated, you must be able to verify that you accept the nomination.  Please do not hesitate to call or ask any of our current executive board if you have any questions.   Click here and read Article VII of our constitution for details on each position.
