Covid Testing and Vaccinations

Voluntary testing continues.  The District implemented a program with a focus on crew-related testing.  The Union fought back against the initial mandate with punitive consequences for refusal and won.  It is now your choice to test or not.   There will be no discipline for refusal.  If you are interested in testing but not included in the focused classifications, please contact your supervisor and/or steward to see if there are tests available.

The vaccination roll-out is on the horizon.  The process and details continue to be worked out.  The Union holds strong that all vaccinations should be on a voluntary basis only.  Updates coming soon.
