Many questions have come up in regards to equity adjustments for job classifications. Contract negotiations have started and this is the time to gather all the necessary information to make the formal request. The deadline for all requests is February 23, 2021 @ 6PM.

The District focuses primarily on two specific areas when considering an equity adjustment.
- Recruitment
>Is there difficulty in hiring new employees for this classification?
>Compared to other agencies or similar jobs, is the salary equivalent, less or greater than?
- Retainment
>Do employees stay with the District or go to other employers?
- Another key point to always consider is the Cost of Living in our service area compared to other agencies.
